Batman "Dark Knight Rises" is officially out in theatres across the world and last week the stars were all across the globe for the premiers. The New York and London premiers were two of the biggest, with afterparties at both. The afterparties featured DJs, full catering and all the extra perks of a Hollywood movie premier.
